OTHER: White Popping Sorghum is an heirloom sorghum whose seeds can be popped just like popcorn. The white popped kernels are smaller than those of popcorn, with a great nutty flavor & nice crunchiness. The seeds can also be made into a flour with a nice light color. The white 12” seed heads are very lovely, & can be dried for arrangements or holiday décor.
